Real Hong Kong: the ‘old’ coffee shop

While we were discovering the old Hong Kong, we stopped by Starbucks. Not any Starbucks, but the one on Duddell Street.

This particular Starbucks is divided into 2 sides: one side decorated as a normal Starbucks, the other side decorated as a traditional Hong Kong coffee house.

It’s like travelling back in time, with an old TV set, outdated calendar and the drink menu handwritten on paper stuck to the wall.

When Jeff’s mum saw the photos she said “oh it looks like places I used to go to when I was small”. I take it they must have decorated it quite well then!

It was a fun little stop on our adventure!
