Kobe at night, Sushi class & Osaka Namba district

Sorry for the delay in posting but life is busy these days!

On the last 2 days we visited Kobe at night, as it’s supposed to be one of the best night skylines in Japan.

Living in Hong Kong, we thought nothing would impress us, but we were wrong. The view from the Kobe port was really nice, with the Kobe tower, the wheel a cruise ship and a mind blowing sunset!

We also had a sushi lesson at the (apparently quite famous) Umemori sushi school. Turns out it’s not so difficult after all. The quality of the ingredients is key!

Finally we visited the Namba district in Osaka. It’s popular for shopping, entertainment and full of tourists.

All in All I preferred the areas around Osaka to Osaka itself and I wish I had spent more time discovering Kyoto.
