Fun activity in Hong Kong: Going Golfing

On a very hot Sunday we decided to go golfing.

We had seen boats going to a golf club in Sai Kung and decided to go there since we loooove Sai Kung.

The golf is located on an island and the only way of getting there is on their solar power boats. It’s a 15/20 mins journey.

We kicked off the experience with the all you can eat breakfast buffet. Food is okay but the views were very nifty pifty.

After that we went for half an hour practice in the practice bays. We don’t have the special licence and so aren’t allowed on any of the three 18 holes golf courses.

We were very happy with our performance of newbie golfers, until a 6 year old girl set up in the next bay with her coach and put us to shame.

We really enjoyed it and will definitely go back! But I will get myself some golfing gloves to look extra cool – and avoid burning my skin like I did this time.
